  15. I need some help with CKermit.  Last year I copied a not-so-new version of
  16. CKermit (C-Kermit 5A(189), 30 June 93, OpenVMS VAX; I know, I know, it's not
  17. the latest...) to a DEC 3100 running VMS 5.5.  Never had a problem using it
  18. during all this time.  Last week, I copied the same program to a similar
  19. DEC 3100, also running VMS 5.5.  I use ckermit to connect from the first
  20. computer to the second.  The problem occurs when I start ckermit on the
  21. second computer to receive files (plain text files) from the first one.
  22. The transfer of files time out.   I am at a loss as to what I should be
  23. looking for to correct this problem.  Can anybody help?
